RETURN POLICY:
At PXG Vietnam, we are committed to the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, you can schedule an appointment with any PXG Vietnam authorized dealer nationwide for repair or replacement.
• PXG Golf Clubs: All PXG clubs are eligible for exchange within 7 days, excluding shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee, under the following conditions:
- The club has not been used and is free from scratches.
- No alterations or modifications have been made to the club.
- The club still has the original tags and seals intact.
- In the case of shipping-related damages, confirmation from the shipping personnel regarding the damaged condition upon receipt is required.
- The replacement item must be of equal or higher value than the item being exchanged.
- Only one exchange is allowed.
- This policy does not apply to products on sale.
• Apparel and Accessories: All PXG apparel and accessories are eligible for exchange within 7 days, excluding shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee, under the following conditions:
- The product is unused and free from any stains or dirt.
- The product has not been washed or ironed.
- The product still has the original tags and labels intact.
- The replacement item must be of equal or higher value than the item being exchanged.
- Only one exchange is allowed.
- This policy does not apply to products on sale.
